BM Chan International Enterprises Ltd. was established in 1985 and BM Chan International Cosmetology College was established in May 1988. The founder of this school is Monita Chan.

Monita is a highly accomplished individual. She realized that the standard of training had to be immensely improved; with this in mind, she set herself to a very difficult task to continuously improve the skills and training provided by her school.

She went back to the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, England and upgraded her techniques, which she then introduced in British Columbia.

To name a few, she trained with Pivot Point, Toni & Guy's and Martin Parsons. An individual who has made the greatest impression on Monita is Vivienne MacKinder, with whom Monita extensively trained with. Monita is highly motivated and progressive; she sets a high standard for herself and her students.

BM Chan is a registered and accredited trade school in British Columbia. The School is authorized by Immigration Canada to sponsor overseas students for Hair, Esthetics, Nail and Brush-up courses for BC Examination.

We have highly qualified theory and practical instructors that constantly upgrade their skills on an ongoing basis.

We offer flexible school hours for students.

Upon completion, we prepare our students for the board examination of the Cosmetology Industry Association of British Columbia (CIABC) with 98% pass on their first examination. For local students, we prepare them successful job placements.

The school has 6000 sq. ft. floor space to house our theory and practical rooms for hair, esthetics and nail classes. To facilitate student to learn, the school has modern hi-tech audio and laser visual equipments.
